The area of coverage that a Pro-Call Paging System will cover depends on a number of factors such as location, type of construction of buildings, geographic features amongst others. In-House Paging Systems do not usually supply "wide area paging systems" that are capable of covering a whole city or suburb, but concentrate our focus on properties such as hotels or conference centres, country club, and commercial centres.

We will cover any typical restaurant, resort or the residential part of a game farm.

We install equipment nation-wide, and travel extensively throughout Africa. Travel costs from Pretoria and accomodation are for the customer's account. However, all of our systems are fully checked before they leave our facility, and many customers have their own maintenance man install the system. 

The Page-Assistant has a far more limited range of coverage than other Pro-Call systems, providing coverage up to about 40 metres from the controller. When larger distances are to be covered, the installer will need to install repeaters which receive the signal from the Page-Assistant remotes, and re-transmit the signals to the main unit.

Repairs are best done in our workshop in Centurion, near Pretoria since specialised test equipment is required. Customers should return the equipment by post or courier, and after repair, In-Hosue Paging Systems will return the equipment also by post or courier. Pagers are the most common item requiring repair since they are often abused by users. Our return policy works very well, and we have happy customers spread throughout the length and breadth of Africa.
